組織内の気泡とクロロホルムを排出するために、組織をバキュームにかけました。パラフィン３槽から４槽へ移る前に30分間から１時間程度バキュームします。帰る前に組織を４槽に入れて、明日はようやく組織を包埋します。
To evaporate chloroform and remove trapped air in the tissue blocks, I use a vacuum embedding device. The tissues were placed in the device for 30 minutes before transferred into the paraffin bath(4). Before going home, I transferred the tissues into the bath (4), and then I will embed the tissues in paraffin wax tomorrow.
