今朝、組織をパラフィン１槽に入れました。脳幹などの小さいブロックは小さな入れ物を、大脳前額断の大きいブロックは大型シャーレを使います。帰宅する前に２槽に入れます。
The tissues are now immersed in paraffin wax. I use a small container for smaller tissue blocks which is mostly from the brain stem and a big petri dish for bigger tissue blocks such as coronal blocks of a cerebral hemisphere to immerse the tissues in the paraffin wax. Before going home, I will transfer the tissues into paraffin bath (2).
