今日は６ヶ月の子供の脳をKB染色しました。まずはLFBで髄鞘を染色します。写真はLFB染色で分別しているところです。前回のブログでも書きましたが、子供は髄鞘化が進行中です。そのため、このうように大人とは異なるLFBの染色像が得られます。

Today I carried out KB stain with the brain of a 6-month-old child. First, I stained the myelin sheath with LFB and then stained the cell nucleus with cresyl violet. I took a photo after LFB staining. The photo shows how it looks like myelination is in progress.
