約１ヶ月ぶりのブログです。出勤はしていたものの、体調がすぐれずブログを書くエネルギーがありませんでした。９月になったし、そろそろ復活しようと思います。さて、最近子供の脳を取り扱う機会が続いています。生後間もない子供の脳では軸索の髄鞘化が急速に進展します。KB染色は髄鞘を青く神経細胞を青紫に染める染色ですが、この染色によって髄鞘化がどこまで進んでいるか分かります。写真は生後１ヶ月です。基底核は髄鞘化されていますがそれ以外の部分はまだです。
