大きい切片を染色するときは、写真のようなプラスチックタッパーを使用して染色します。液体ごとにタッパーを用意します。ピンセットと切片針を用いて切片を一枚ずつタッパーからタッパーへ移動させます。昨日は封入直前で切片を切片針で引っ掻いてしまいました。当然やりなおしです。がっくりです。やはり染色カゴで複数枚まとめて染色した方が楽ですね。

We use plastic containers shown in the photo to stain large sections. A plastic container is prepared for each reagent. The sections are transferred one by one from the container to the container using a tweezer and a needle. Yesterday I stained large sections by KB method and scratched one section with the needle just before coverslipping. I have to stain it again. I am so disappointed. It should be easier to stain several sections all at once with a staining basket.
