昨日パラフィン包埋を失敗したので、今日から包埋をやり直します。まずは、組織が水に浸漬していないか確認します。各ブロックを切り出して組織周囲がパラフィンでコーティングされているかチェックします。組織がコーティングされていたらひとまず安心です。完全に乾燥させてからパラフィン最終槽に戻します。翌日には再包埋です。
I failed to embed paraffin yesterday, so I will embed the blocks again. First, I need to make sure that the tissue is not soaked in water. I then cut out each block and check if the tissue is coated with paraffin. After making sure if the tissue is coated with paraffin, I allow it to dry completely and return it to the final paraffin tank. It will be re-embedded the next day.
