年末にカバーグラスの下に空気が入った標本をキシレンに浸けておきました。昨日チェックしたところ、カバーグラスがきれいに剥がれていました。封入して修復終了。これは修復する標本のごくごく一部です。毎日コツコツ続けようと思います。
Before the winter vacation, I soaked damaged specimens into the container filled with xylene. After the vacation, I checked the specimens and found the cover glasses were peeled off the specimens. I coverslipped the specimens again.
