今日はボディアン染色の仕込みです。プロテイン銀水溶液に切片をいれて一晩置きます。うちではメルク社のAlbumosesilberというプロテイン銀を使っています。この製品はすでに製造中止になっていて入手できません。今は富士フィルムwakoのプロテイン銀なら入手できます。日本以外の国ではどのプロテイン銀を使っているのか興味があります。

Today is the first day of Bodian's method. I will leave sections in protein silver solution for overnight at 37℃. We use Merk's Albumosesilber, but this protein silver is not available commercially. Only Fujifilm Wako silver protein seems to be available in Japan. I am curious about what kind of silver protein has been used for Bodian's method in other countries.
