先日、ガリアス染色をする際に失敗が１つありました。還元液が濁ってしまったのです。還元液はA液とB液の２種類の液を染色の直前に混ぜて作ります。そして、B液にA液を混ぜます。A液にB液を入れてはいけません。B液にA液が入ると白くもやっと濁るので少しずつ少しずつA液を入れながら混ぜます。ちゃんと混ざると透明になるのですが、今回はうっすら濁ってしまいました。少し勢いよくA液が入ったかな。濁った還元液は廃液ボトルに移して、新しく作り直しました。写真で差が分かると思います。

I had one mistake when carrying out Gallyas staining. The reducing solution became cloudy. The reducing solution is made by mixing two kinds of solutions, solution A and solution B, just before using. You need to add solution A into B, but not solution B into A. When solution A enters solution B, solution B becomes a little cloudy, so you need to add solution A little by little and mix well. It should be transparent when mixed properly, but this time it didn't. I discarded the cloudy solution into a waste liquid bottle and remade the solution.
