数枚の切片をKB染色するのを忘れていました。2020年中に染色を終わりにしたかったのに、なぜこのような失敗をするのかと自分にがっかりです。気を取り直して染色するにしても、今日は金曜日で明日はお休みなのでKB染色はできません。なぜならKB染色は通常２日間かけて染色するからです。１日目にLFB染色液に切片を浸漬し、２日目に取り出して分別します。来週染色するにしても、月曜日に出勤したら次の日からお正月休みです。来週もできない。というわけで、レンジを用いる方法でKB染色を半日で済ますことにしました。なんとか出来上がり良かった良かった。

I forgot to KB stain a few sections. I wanted to finish the staining by the end of 2020, but I'm disappointed by my mistake. That's why I decided to do KB staining in half a day using a microwave oven. I managed to complete it.
