通常は35cm×75cmサイズのスライドグラスにのせた切片で免疫染色をしていますが、75cm×105cmのスライドグラスにのせた切片を免疫染色してみました。切片のサイズが大きく過ぎない方が良いですね。スライドグラスに余白が充分あると上手く染色できると思います。

I usually immunostain the sections placed on 35 cm x 75 cm glass slides. But I tried immunostaining the sections placed on 75 cm x 105 cm glass slides. It is better if the size of the section is not too large compared with that of the glass slide. I think that I can dye well if there is enough margin on the glass slide.
