先日染色した切片は、他施設で作製されたパラフィンブロックを私が薄切したものでした。薄切して気づいたことは、組織の部位によって柔らかいところと固いところがあるということです。柔らかい部位を含む切片は染色の過程ではがれてしまいました。なぜ切片ははがれてしまったのか、検証できたら良いなと思ってます。

I was talking about the sections peeled off from glass slides during the staining process in a recent blog. These sections were slices of paraffin blocks made at another facility. I sliced thinly and stained them. What I noticed by slicing them is that some parts of the tissue are soft and some are hard. The section containing the soft part came off glass slides during the staining process. I want to be able to verify why the sections peeled off.
