メルクとシグマのクレシルバイオレット粉末を水に溶解して染色液を作製します。両者とも色はほとんど同じです。染色結果もほぼ同じと思います。KB染色の染色性はクレシルバイオレットの種類によって大きく変化することはないと言えます。それよりも、KB染色の染色結果は、検体の固定の状態によって左右されると感じます。特に固定が不十分な場合、良い染色結果は得られないと思います。
