今日から組織をパラフィンに入れます。昨日はその準備をしました。まず、パラフィン１槽のパラフィンを廃棄します。廃棄方法は、水に浮かべた紙箱の中にパラフィンをいれて、冷えて固まったら廃棄します。次に、２槽のパラフィンを１槽に移します。さらに、３槽を２槽に４槽を３槽に移します。最後に、４槽に新しいパラフィンを入れて修了です。
Today, the tissues will be transferred into paraffin wax. I prepared for paraffin infiltration yesterday. First, I discarded the paraffin wax in the bath(1). The way to discard the paraffin wax is to pour it in a paper box floating in the water and dispose of it when it cools down. Then, I transferred the paraffin wax from the bath(2) to (1), (3) to (2), and (4) to (3). Finally, I refreshed paraffin wax for the bath(4).
